Research across jurisdictions comes back with its sources. Every quotation is checked against the text it came from, and one that cannot be confirmed is marked.
Can the tenant end the lease before the term expires?
Yes, but only on the break date. Clause 9.2 gives the tenant that right: The Tenant may terminate this Lease on the Break Date by giving the Landlord not less than six months’ written notice.

Edits arrive as tracked changes
Documents open beside the conversation. In Word, the AI’s edits arrive as tracked changes, to accept or reject.

The AI reads labels, not names
Names, companies, addresses, account numbers and document numbers are replaced with labels such as [NAME-1], [COMPANY-3] and [ADDRESS-2]. The AI working on the matter reads only the labelled copy.
